Week 65 didn’t suck.
Two weeks ago (Week 63) I shared that I have been struggling to lose weight.
This was due to some bad habits I had developed (eating in my bed at night) and entering menopause which has really affected the amount of food I can eat while maintaining my weight.
Two weeks ago I also declared that I’d report back in Week 64 that I hadn’t eaten anything in bed for seven days in a row.
And I did it.
After a couple days, on July 1st which was also a Monday and a great time to start a new habit, I decided I was going to raise the bar and not just stop eating in bed but stop eating after 8 p.m. altogether.
I am happy to say that I’m 11 for 11!
It feels really good to fill in that box every morning!!!

In the past two weeks I have lost four pounds.
My shirts are a tiny bit looser around the middle.
This past week I got my butt back in the pool to start swimming again, I got my biked tuned up and did an 11 and a 12-mile bike ride, and I did two 5K runs and a 4 mile run.
I took good care of myself and it was a good week!
