The first session of Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous is coming to an end.
It’s been a great experience.
Many of the members have already registered for the next session,
More Fit, More Fierce, and More Fabulous.
If you are considering registering but aren’t sure,
I’d like to say,
what have you got to lose?
besides a few pounds.
The members of the current course have gone from feeling weak,
and out of shape,
and surprised by what they are capable of accomplishing.
There are women who have completed their first 5 K.
Someone is taking surfing lessons.
Another registered for a triathlon.
Others are signed up for mud runs.
And other road races.
People have dropped more than one pants size, and are fitting into the clothes they haven’t worn in years.
It’s a great, supportive atmosphere.
There is a daily discussion among members that can only be viewed by the members of the course.
Women are supporting each other on those days we might not feel so motivated.
Women are confessing to things that have been holding them back, and receiving words of encouragement and inspiration.
The course starts of at a moderate level,
where all I ask of you the first week is to get up and move for 30 minutes a day.
Not even work out.
Each week, the weekly workout goal increases a little bit.
You will also have different weekly focuses, like strength, nutrition, flexibility, etc.
There will be plank, squat, and push up challenges.
You don’t have to do them.
You can make the program as intense as you want,
although I will encourage you to see what you are really capable of.

It may just be the best $25 you ever spent 🙂

Sounds fun. My knees aren’t too happy about my 10 minute run that turned into a 2 hour walk today.

Have you ever had success with anyone who’s morbidly obese? (370+ lbs)
I’m not sure. This is only the second time I’ve run this course. I ask people to weigh themselves at the beginning of the course. I ask everyone to take a “before” picture. But I don’t require that anyone shares that stuff. I don’t believe anyone who took the course was over 370 pounds.
That being said, I will help anyone who wants it and needs it. And I can’t be sure, but I would say that if a person is over 370 pounds, then she is not healthy. Or as happy as he or she could be.
I don’t know if you are asking for yourself of for a friend, or if you are just wondering in general.
If you are considering signing on, I say go for it.
Make a change today.
You deserve it.
