I’ll get right to the point.
My next e-course starts on Monday, January 4th. It’s called Not Your Average Fitness Course.
It originally started as a weight loss course, but now it’s evolved into more of an improve the quality of your life course.
Yes, if you want to lose weight it will help you. But that’s not the main goal.
The main goal is to help you incorporate exercise into your life and help you to make it a habit that sticks.
Because not only is exercise necessary for your body; it’s necessary for your brain. If you want to be healthy.
And I know that’s what we all want. It’s the getting to that point that can be tough.
Just this morning I saw this quote on Instagram. I wrote it in my bullet journal:
THAT is really the goal of the course.
To build your strength. Your stamina. Your confidence. Your self-esteem. And in turn, your desire to take on just about anything. Because you know you can.
And all of that can happen when you start exercising.
The goal isn’t hours and hours of exercise every day to the point of obsession. The goal isn’t to stop enjoying life. Complete and total restrictions.
The goal is just to develop a new habit that you can stick with. The goal is to give you a healthy way to deal with stress. The goal is for you to be modeling a healthy behavior for your children.
Not Your Average Fitness Course is a 6 week course. It’s flexible and you can work it into your schedule, whether you work or stay at home. You don’t need to belong to a gym or have any fancy equipment.
You simply need the desire to do more living. And less not dying.
When you commit to that, when you commit to adding some exercise into your life, you know what happens? You start to realize you are stronger than you think. You start to feel like you can tackle things you’d never be able to do in a million years.
Four years ago when I was just starting to incorporate exercise into my life again, I couldn’t run for more than thirty seconds at a stretch. I shit you not.
This morning I woke up, drove down to the high school, and registered for a 4 mile race on the spot, about ten minutes before it started.
Four years ago not only would I not have been able to physically finish the race, I also wouldn’t have had the balls to run it without massive amounts of psychological preparation, months beforehand.
But bit by bit, gradually, exercise became a regular part of my day.
And now not only am I stronger and healthier physically than I’ve been in many years, but mentally, I’m healthier than I have ever been in my life.
It’s all because of exercise.
I can help you take the initial steps to get there, too.
Click here to register. I won’t make you click to see how much it costs. It’s $49 for six weeks. That’s a little more than a dollar a day.
What you get with that dollar a day is a daily email from me, workout goals for the week, workout tips, weekly challenges, and membership in a closed Facebook group where you receive tons of motivation and support not only from the other members of the course, but from me, too.
I’ve spent three years working on this course, and I can tell you it works.
If you have taken this course before, I can also tell you that while the format is similar, I’ve changed things up a little bit and added in some new things this time around. So if you’ve fallen off the wagon, hop back on with me!
The course starts on Monday, January 4th. You deserve this gift your your body, your brain, your family, and yourself.
Let’s get moving together.
I’ll see you on Monday.
