It’s weight loss/fitness check -in day.
This will have to be quick because I’m short on time today.
1) I still love Personal Trainer Food.
2) I haven’t had sugar in 6 weeks.
3) It’s totally not all about the scale but for the first time in over a year I am back in the 140s.
4) I need a pedicure really badly.
5) Not eating any Christmas cookies over Christmas vacation was TOTALLY WORTH IT.
6) I feel great.
Don’t wait until Monday.
Whatever that thing is you’re going to start on Monday…
Start it today.
