I offered my first e-course about five years ago.
I called it Not Your Average Fitness Course, and I had just come off of a big weight loss competition at my gym and I was a little bit out of control and A LOT unrealistic with my expectations.
Back then, I did not know what I know now.
I have learned a lot over the last five years.
And my focus has shifted.
I am no longer chasing an unattainable, pre-child body.
Now I am focused on taking care of myself. On making healthier habits a permenent part of my life.
I believe that exercise is the cornerstone to so many things.
TO ALL THE THINGS.
And not psycho, out-of-control exercise.
But moving your ass more than you move it now exercise.
Because I want to encourage women to get their shit together so that when their kids are grown up and out of the house, they are able to do some fun shit!!!
We are not all going through this parenting stuff so we can be broken down, damaged, unhealthy, out-of-shape, lost shells of our former selves twenty years from now.
That’s not what I want for me.
And that’s not what I want for you.
I have figured out how to make exercise a part of your routine.
And I want to teach you how you can do the same thing.
I want to help you rediscover your inner badass.
And by inner badass, I don’t mean you’ll be running marathons next year.
I mean, unless you want to.
I mean you’ll realize you are stronger and tougher and more kick ass than you realize.
