I offered my first e-course about five years ago.
I called it Not Your Average Fitness Course, and I had just come off of a big weight loss competition at my gym and I was a little bit out of control and A LOT unrealistic with my expectations.
Back then, I did not know what I know now.
I have learned a lot over the last five years.
And my focus has shifted.
I am no longer chasing an unattainable, pre-child body.
Now I am focused on taking care of myself. On making healthier habits a permanent part of my life.
I believe that exercise is the cornerstone to so many things.
TO ALL THE THINGS.
And not psycho, out-of-control exercise.
But moving-your-ass-more-than-you-move-it-now kind of exercise.
Because I want to encourage women to get their shit together so that when their kids are grown up and out of the house, they are able to do some fun stuff!!!
We are not all going through this parenting gig so we can be broken down, damaged, unhealthy, out-of-shape, lost shells of our former selves twenty years from now.
That’s not what I want for me.
And that’s not what I want for you.
I have figured out how to make exercise a part of your routine.
And I want to teach you how you can do the same thing.
I want to help you rediscover your inner badass.
And by inner badass, I don’t mean you’ll be running marathons next year.
Unless you want to, that is.
By badass I mean you’ll learn that you are stronger and tougher and more kick ass than you realize.
And this discovery will allow you to kick ass in other areas of your life.

I offer you support and encouragement and sometimes, when you need it, a little kick in the ass.
AND WE DO THIS ONE MINUTE AT A TIME.
I help you establish habits that are sustainable and manageable and that stick.
