Why walk? This is why!

Health Benefits of Walking

My grandmother lived well into her nineties, and I’m sure the reason she lived that long is because she was so active.

She walked a lot.

A LOT.

In fact, she didn’t get her license until she was in her 60’s.

She used to get everywhere by walking.

I want you to think about the quality of life you want to have and the example you want to set for your kids and your grandchildren.

Personally, I want to be an active participant in my grandchildren’s lives and not just a spectator sitting on the sidelines of their lives in a wheelchair.

Get up and get moving.

It’s not just about today and tomorrow.

It’s about the life you want to have twenty or thirty or forty years from now.
