Back in May I set an initial weight loss goal.
It wasn’t where I wanted to be ultimately, but it would be a first big step.
I wanted to lose 20 pounds.
Today I was at 19.8 pounds down.
I’m so close.
Just 0.2 more to go.
Losing twenty pounds would put me at 161.4 pounds.
But what would really be nice would be to get back under 160.
My ultimate goal is 145 pounds, but mentally, to be back in the 150’s again would be a really big milestone for me.
I’ll give you another update in two weeks when I’m under 160, dammit!
You can get comfortable with being uncomfortable!
That’s when the growth (and maybe the loss) happens!
