I’m not the sad fat person on the left.

May 23, 2015 by not your average mom 5 Comments

So one of my goals is to help women, and moms in particular, to reclaim their inner badass.

I think it’s so easy to lose this once you have kids.

Initially, it’s kind of required. You need to make it all about the baby in the first few months. But sometimes the months turn to years.

And then you have another kid, and it just gets worse and worse and worse.

Before you know it, you don’t shower — ever, you wear the same yoga pants every day but you don’t actually exercise, you are eating all the unfinished food your kids leave on their plates plus the goldfish that are lying on the floor of the car, and, well,

you just feel like shit.

Disappointed with yourself, you vow to get your act together and make better choices and decisions starting the next day.

You wake up motivated and ready to fucking change things. You make it about 20 minutes before you realize you have just eaten the remaining pancakes on your two-year-old’s plate without even being conscious of it, and you say fuck it.

I’ve already blown it today.

I’ll start again tomorrow.

And this cycle repeats itself. Over and over and over.

I get it.

Lucky for you, I can help you.

After going through this cycle myself, I finally found a way to get my shit together. I changed my life. I changed my habits. I changed my body. I changed my mind. And I can help you do the same thing.

It won’t happen overnight. But my e-course will help you make small, gradual, manageable changes that you can maintain.

And that you will want to maintain.

I can help you reclaim your inner bad ass, one day at a time.

It works. It really does.

Not convinced? Read this comment left by one of the current course members today:

Woot woot! I fit into my brown capris this morning. We went on a cruise in March and I wanted to take them with me but I didn’t fit into them. More like I looked like a sausage in them 🙂 but this morning they slipped on and they buttoned up with no problem.

Still not convinced?

How about this message I just received from a past course member?

Thanks to your e course I’m still keeping up…I’m not the sad fat person on the left!

Almost 30lbs gone. Bought myself my favorite Avenger shirt two sizes smaller!

Wow.

I mean, look at that picture.

Amazing.

This isn’t primarily a weight loss course, though.

I told you, I want to help you reclaim your inner badass. And I want you to set an example.

You may think your kids aren’t watching.

But they are.

How do I know?

Number 4 has been to many 5K races and has cheered me on while I ran, and she’s been begging me to run one with me for about a year.

This past Mother’s Day, she got her wish. We ran as a team.

And we got third place.

3rd place

She’s watching.

And so are your kids.

What kind of example are you setting for them?

If you could use a little help, click here.

You deserve it.

And so do your kids.

This e-course is highly recommended if you need simple doable steps to get your life back from those babies or whatever has taken it from you. Susie shows you how to fit it all into your already crazy life & make new healthy habits.

I’m in phase 2 of this program and WOW!!! These courses have really been an eye opener for me. I knew I needed to make some changes and those are happening. I am a lot darn tougher and stronger (darn those push-ups, how did you get me to like them?) than I thought . Thank you for showing me that Susie and guiding me along the way (not to mention the rest of the kick ass ladies doing it with me!! You guys ROCK!!!!!)
