I’ll make this quick.

The holidays are coming up and between the Thanksgiving feast and Christmas cookies and holiday parties and maybe more booze than normal, it’s a very easy time to lose control and pack on a whole bunch of pounds.

While throwing your routine out the window from Thanksgiving to New Year’s may seem justifiable in the moment, it’s no fun on January first when none of your clothes fit and you just feel like shit in general and are regretting losing control over everything.
