With five kids at home between the ages of 8 and 14, I know how challenging it can be to take care of yourself.
I know how frustrating it can be when all your time and energy seems to be sucked up by your family with nothing left over for yourself.
I know how hard it can be to make changes.
But the truth is that we often make implementing changes much harder than it has to be.
Especially when it comes to exercise.
If you aren’t exercising consistently you are setting yourself up for frustration and exhaustion and inefficiency.
I know because that used to be me.
And I know how to teach you to do things in a way you can manage and sustain and have success with.
Even if you have five (or more!) kids at home.
Over the course of the next five days I’ll teach you what you need to do to close the gap from someone who exercises sporadically or not at all to someone who has made exercise a part of their daily routine.
I’ve cracked the code, and I want to teach you in five days what it took me more than ten years to figure out myself.
Don’t take my word for it.
Listen to the women who are current clients of mine.
And (a different) Theresa.
And this member who would rather remain anonymous.
All these women have taken my signature course, BACE — Become A Consistent Exerciser — and are now members of my HomeBACE membership.
They started by making manageable changes that they could sustain, and these changes result in a ripple effect into other areas of their lives.
Whether it’s leveling up from walking to adding in strength training, or making healthier food choices and cutting back on alcohol, or moving their asses on the weekends, or getting more comfortable with being uncomfortable, all these changes originated with making exercise a habit.
I’m on a mission to help women figure this shit out and take better care of themselves in less time than it took me.
Give me five days, and I’ll teach you everything you need to know to start turning your life in a different direction.
Click here to join me (and the other 208 women who have already registered) starting on Monday, June 15th.
It’s not a bootcamp. I’m not going to kick your ass. We aren’t going to exercise.
I’m gonna teach you what you are doing wrong and what you are doing differently so that you can find a type of exercise you can sustain every day.
And we’re going to have fun while we do it.
See you Monday!
