Another milestone met.

February 11, 2015 by not your average mom 2 Comments

I’m a little behind on my Personal Trainer Food updates…

So, to catch you up to speed, it’s been seven weeks.

I still love Personal Trainer Food! (The apple gouda chicken sausage is my current favorite).

I am down 11.5 pounds and four inches in my waist.

I’m back to my size 8 jeans.

I had a public speaking engagement last night and I wanted to look semi-professional, so I went into the coat closet and took out a coat I haven’t worn in over a year.

The last time I attempted to put it on, I couldn’t even make the edges of the coat touch across my stomach, let alone button it.

Yesterday, it buttoned. Easily. With room to spare!

I think I’m about 2 weeks away from my running vest really fitting comfortably. It’s still a little more snug than I’d like. But it looks pretty darn good.

And I feel great.
