The other day Lena Dunham posted a selfie in her workout clothes along with a caption describing how much exercise has helped her with her mental health issues.
Which is great.
Because I’ve been saying the same thing for a long time.
Exercise has helped me to deal with and manage my battles with mental illness for over two years now.
That’s why it is so important to me.
And that’s why I designed my e-course.
Being a mom is fucking hard and exhausting. Both mentally and physically.
Exercise helps with that.
It really does.
A lot.
If you are struggling to make exercise a regular part of your routine, then you are in luck.
My next e-course starts on April 27th, and you can register for the first week for free.
No obligations. No strings attached.
All you have to do is click here.
If you want to learn a little bit more about the course, you can read this.
All ages, weights, heights, sizes, and levels of fitness are welcome.
This is not a crazy course designed to turn you into a Cross Fit Junkie or a marathoner.
You don’t need a gym membership.
It is a manageable, supportive, and sustainable course designed to improve the quality of your life.
Does it work?
Hell yes.
Read a couple of comments from some current members:
“I haven’t measured or weighed myself but I can tell NYAFC is making a difference because my muffin top is almost gone! Wooo hooooooo!!”
And this is one of my favorites:
This morning, I went to a different aquafitness class, with a new instructor. I’m getting really good at the exercises now, and do all of them in the deep end (water up to my chin), and have much better form and go fast. During one exercise where you stand on one foot with your other leg bent at the knee, you jump up as high as you can pushing off with just one foot (to work out your calves). Well I can now jump OUT of the water to the point where my whole chest comes above water. And this time my boobs totally fell out of my bathing suit!!! Which is awesome because it means that
a) my boobs are getting smaller
b) my bathing suit is getting bigger
c) my legs are strong enough to propel me out of the water fast enough to make that happen
d) I get to buy a new bathing suit.
See? It works, and we have a good time.
It is a fun, supportive, understanding group of women.
Every group always is.
Check it out.
Like I said, the first week is free.
Give it a try.
Make yourself a priority.
I bet you notice a change not only in your body, but in your brain, too.
Once those things change, then you’ll be surprised the way other areas of your life start changing, too.

Hey 🙂 Just to let you know that reading your blog all tgese months has inpired me to get back into exercise after over 5 years of being a couch potato. I’m naturally slim so I’ve been resting on my laurels really coz I can ‘get away with it’. But my body is the consistency of mashed potato lol. I’m slim and a healthy weight but I’ve got no muscle tone, I’m not fit. I just feel unhealthy being so sedentary.
So I’ve started brisk walking 3+ times a week and I feel better for it! Physically, emotionally better. I realy enjoy it. I even have bought myself dome snazzy work out clothes. I’m hoping I can work towards running eventually. Can right now due to back trouble but I’m hooeful I will get there sooner or later.
So thank you! You are a real inspiration xxxx

I’ve taken this, and plan to take the follow up Phase 2 — very effective, great information, and great fun. Two thumbs up.
