It’s Monday. That means it’s time for the weekly weight loss update.
Unfortunately, today ended up unexpectedly being one of the world’s longest days, and this morning I went for an hour and forty-five minute run, which I’m feeling pretty proud of myself for, but it’s also the longest run I’ve done since last April, and if it’s possible to die from exhaustion, well, that may happen to me tonight.
So the inspirational post I had planned will have to wait until next Monday.
Here’s the abridged version:
My body is shifting around,
I had a good hair day today,
and I’ve lost 5 pounds.
I haven’t been in the 150’s for a few months, so this makes me really happy.
If you are working hard but aren’t seeing changes in your own body yet, stay the course.
It will happen.
