It’s been a long fifteen months for many of us, and life is slowly opening back up.
Sports are in full swing, camps are running, school is ending and life is gradually beginning to look a little more like it used to.
I don’t know about you, but it’s been super challenging to keep myself at the top of my priority list for the last year and a half.
This is one of the thing I work on with my E-School members — taking care of yourself so you can take care of the people you love.
Because you can’t be your best for other people if you aren’t your best for yourself first.
One of the ways I provide extra accountability and motivation for E-School members is with a weekly Bingo card.
This started on a whim and has become a weekly part of the program. It’s one way to mix things up and keep things fun, and for some members it’s really effective.
They contain small, manageable tasks that focus on the things you should be doing to take care of yourself: exercise, drink water, declutter, stretch, get your ass outside, etc.
These bingo cards aren’t “required” in E-School.
Some members completely ignore them.
But many members really enjoy them.
And so I thought, for the next 14 weeks, starting on Memorial Day and ending on Labor Day, I’ll offer the same Bingo Cards I am using in E-School to all of you.
To make this even more fun, I also made a free private Facebook Group for the summer. When you grab your bingo card, you receive the link to the group in an email.
Inside the Facebook group we’ll be playing self-care bingo, and I’ll be giving away prizes all summer.
It’s going to be fun!
And this may be just the thing you need to start focusing on you again.
We officially start on Monday, May 31st.
You can join in the fun or you can do these on your own, as they suit you.
Whatever helps you the most. Because that’s the goal.
To help you figure out what self-care system works best for you.
And to get you back at the top of your list of priorities.

Let’s celebrate ourselves together this summer.
