Last week Number 7 made a Christmas list in her journal.
It was so cute I had to take a picture:

a new hemooll (that’s a repeat of an earlier item spelled incorrectly in a different way 
)
A new lunc Box.
First of all, I love that she put periods after every item on the list. I’ll have to let her teacher know she’s at least attempting correct punctuation at the end of every thought.
Secondly, after reading this over with Number 7, I reminded her that everyone is only getting four gifts for Christmas.
She furrowed her brow, thought about it for a couple seconds, then shrugged her shoulders and said,
“That’s okay. Then I’ll just show it to Grammy and Papa.”
She’s no dummy.
I bet she ends up with just about everything on that list.
