Every foreclosure has a silver lining.

March 9, 2016 by not your average mom 2 Comments

Tyrone, our Home Preservation Specialist called today.

I was like, “YAAASSSSSSS! We are getting approved already!”

But he was like, “I need your 2015 taxes.”

And then I was like, “Fuuuuuck.”

When I talked to him last week he told me he wouldn’t need them.

“I thought you said you didn’t need those,” I said to him.

“I didn’t think I did. But now I do,” he told me.

“When do you need them by?” I asked him.

“Today or tomorrow,” he told me.

Um…

Are you fucking kidding me?

We still have over a month before that shit needs to be done! I have never, ever, EVER!!! done my taxes that early.

So yeah. That was an unpleasant and unexpected surprise today.

But on the bright side, when all you non-foreclosured people are rushing around on April 14 finishing up your taxes, well, at least that will be one thing that’s definitely checked off my to do list 🙂

I hope everything goes the way you want. Best of luck!!! At least, hubby is working steadily now, injury-free!
