Christmas in January

January 20, 2015 by not your average mom 2 Comments

Today was one of the most rewarding days of my whole life.

Last night I wrote this post and launched Patty’s Go Fund Me campaign.

I didn’t tell her what I was doing.

I just wanted her to find out kind of by way of surprise.

And then I got this text this morning:

test

I have been crying all day.

Whoever said it’s better to give than to receive was totally right.

Thank you, Everyone.

Thank you.

I’m going to bed exhausted, emotionally drained (in a good way), and feeling like the world is a better place today.

Thank you for helping me help someone else.
