Today was one of those days consisting of morning swim practice and a conference call and teaching private swim lessons and squeezing in a quick run and two more afternoon swim practices and a baseball game and about 47 miscommunications and not a moment of down time.
And tomorrow morning at 5:45 my husband is having total knee replacement surgery.
So having one of those days, in conjunction with planning for how I am going to juggle tomorrow and the next couple weeks,
well,
that has resulted in no time for a post.
You can save your knee replacement horror stories for someone else.
But good knee vibes?
Those are totally welcome.

Had a TKR last July ….operation on Thursday…home on Friday
At PT on Monday…2 months later PT was over and I was
Bending my knee at 115 degrees…went great!
My dad’s knee replacement surgery went well, but the rehab was so bad that he won’t get the other one done! Hope your husband’s surgery is smooth and uneventful.
Good luck with the knee surgery. I hope for a speedy recovery.
