Way #947 to reuse a milk jug.

April 22, 2013 by not your average mom Leave a Comment

My kids love chocolate milk, but buying the already made stuff is way more expensive than mixing it myself.

I used to mix my own in a Rubbermaid pitcher, but it was a real pain to clean.

Especially in the handle. I could not get all traces of chocolate milk out of there.

So now I mix it right in the milk jug.

It can be tough to get the mix in that little hole, and I don’t have a funnel, so I make my own really quick out of a piece of junk mail.

Then I pour in the mix,

Shake, and enjoy!

When it’s finished, I don’t have to worry about washing the pitcher.

I just rinse it out and recycle it!
