I’ve got friends texting me and messaging me now when they see things on the side of the road.
A friend spotted this last week and messaged me on facebook . I drove right over and snatched it up.
It’s an old medicine cabinet.
It was missing the back, but it was pretty solid.
My husband put a new back on it.
We removed the hardware, primed and painted it, and gave it new knobs. My husband has a bunch left over from some previous jobs, so they were free.
The old hinges didn’t match the new knobs.
We didn’t have any new hinges that matched, so we spray painted the old ones black.
We used left over paint from our dining room mantle to paint the cabinet.
New back,
new paint,
new hardware,
new cabinet!
