My friend M introduced me to this recipe for impossibly easy cheesburger pie a couple years ago. 
My kids and my husband love it, and I made it last night. It really is impossibly easy.
The Betty Crocker website has a ton of other impossibly easy recipes.
Check them out. I use them often. They are crowd pleasers and also good if you are pressed for time.
