If you are new here, my 7-year-old, Number 3, broke his nose on New Year’s Day.
Today we are going to see the plastic surgeon.
Now, while I am concerned about my son’s well-being and getting his nose put back into it’s God-given spot, I have some other, more pressing concerns.
The PA at the hospital did tell us that Number 3’s nose might migrate back on its own.
But one thing is for sure…
The only direction my boobs are going to continue to migrate is south.
And the same goes for my eyelids.
So I need to parlay this little visit for Number 3 into an appointment for me.
I don’t think I can convince the doctor that my boobs and eyelids are in their current state from a sledding accident.
Do you think he would give me a complimentary lift in exchange for some free advertising on the blog?
Or maybe a free giveaway?
Yeah, probably not.
And if he would, well, then, I’d probably end up looking like Mama Elsa if he came anywhere near me with a knife.
So I need to make some serious cash.
I think I should start with Mother Bloggers.
Right now, I don’t make any money from that.
But if it were to become successful, then I might.
So if you have 25 spare minutes to watch it today or over the weekend, I’d really appreciate your feedback.
So far, here are some of the comments I’ve received:
“love the brick wall background.”
“…really wish there was more interaction between the five of you which i guess will come in time.”
“… the constant repeat loop of the 4 pics on the right hand side looks a little off because it isn’t real time, although, i have no idea how you would alter that.”
“…the pictures you provided with the stories were quite entertaining and you looked fantastic.”
“I would like to know the color and manufacturer of your lip gloss and the secret to keeping your hair out of the aforementioned lip gloss.”
“I liked your lip gloss! You looked awesome. Fun pics, too! I enjoyed it.”
“I love the stunned silence from the other moms when you told everyone your schedule.”
“… And yes, fantastic fancy lips!”
and my favorite:
“…the music in the beginning when Stacy is doing intros sounds like porn music…”
So please, if you have the time, I’d love any constructive comments, both positive and negative.
Whatever will help Mother Bloggers, and my boobs, to reach new heights.
Until then, I think I’ll go invest in a few more tubes of lip gloss.

Hi Susie, Love this as I have been looking into the eact same surgery and the cost for past few months, With secretly saving for five months,I have managed to stash 3400 dollars so far. Heres the deal Susie which I am so excited about.. The cost in Costa Rica is one third what it is here and is all inclusive with a private room that is a luxorious hotel room that incluses nursing services and meals for one to two weeks afterwards depending on what you have done. Eye lids two thousand! Incluses after care in hotel. Boobs, if you have augmentatioan too, is three thousand with a two week stay if augmentation. My eyelids look just like yours but I also have bags and the dark circles u nder my eyes. (I am disabled due to an old back injury and pain always keeps me awake) I llok chronically tired and old. Older than I care to look. I am a youthful vibrant fifty eight year old with energy like most eighteen year olds. With my eyes done I think I would look around forty. My folks had that skin that was so nice and kept them looking yoiunger than they were. I am hoping to do this in about six more months. BTW doctors are trained in the USA so this is very reputable and safe. I liked your video with the other bloggers! The women are all so good and so funny. You looked great. I love your hair. Mine is too wild and out of control to go that straight.

Thanks Sandy 🙂
Um, a vacation in Costa Rica and some plastic surgery? Sounds good to me! That would make a great girls’ getaway 🙂
