It’s time to learn the rumba, because I will never do the pee pee dance again.

I think I may have promised not to talk about  my ordeal last week again.

Okay, so maybe I lied.

But I just have to tell you one more thing.

And then I really promise…. no more talking about the pee bag.

But yesterday I had two amazing experiences.  Well, for me they were amazing…

First, I went for a run yesterday morning.

Yep.  Three miles.

I know, it’s no marathon, but still, 6 days ago I was under the knife.

And on Thanksgiving I was still dragging my ball and chain around.

So that’s a pretty decent recovery time.

Secondly, I had to go to Costco last night.

I was checking out the apples when I felt a sneeze coming on.

My automatic response in this situation for the past 7 years has been to stop all movement, clench, and pray.

I guess it’s going to take more than a couple days to realize I don’t need to do that anymore.

So for the second sneeze, I just kept moving.

And guess what.

Nothing happened.

Zero.  Zip. Nada.

Not a single drop.

NOTHING.

So, just in case you were maybe contemplating the procedure yourself, I just wanted to let you know…

Thanksgiving with a pee bag was TOTALLY worth it.
