A couple weeks ago I ran a free 3-day challenge called the Mindset Challenge.
It was almost a last-minute idea — like I thought of it the week before — and so it was rushed and I didn’t get to run it the way I really wanted to.
In my mind, I was going to run two more free, 3-day challenges in the two following weeks.
So I’d do a series of three challenges in three weeks.
Before Christmas.
These would lead into my launch of the Empowerment Academy.
As I often operate when I have an idea I really like, I didn’t totally think things through, and I bite off more than I can chew.
There was no way in hell I was going to run two more challenges before Christmas.
So I took some time to think about it.
And rather than sticking to the original launch date I had set for myself (and announced to the world already) I made the decision to push things back.
It might be the first time in my life that I really took some time to reflect, and then I made a decision based on where I actually was rather than where I said I would be.
Then I spent a week and a half designing a new challenge.
A challenge that wasn’t just manageable by the participants, but also by me.
It’s a FREE, 5-day challenge.
And it’s called The Empowerment Experience 5-Day Challenge.
I’m REALLY excited about this challenge.
I’ve taken the time to really think about it, to plan it, and to take some things into account that I normally don’t.
Like the fact that I don’t drink, I haven’t stayed up until midnight on New Year’s Eve in seven or eight years, and I like to use those last few days of December to really get my shit together so I wake up on January 1st ready to kill it.
Not all people are like that.
So the Empowerment Experience 5-Day FREE Challenge is running from January 4th – 8th.
That gives you a couple days to chill out and just think about what you want the next year to look like, so on January 4th, you are feeling ready to go, too.
What’s the Empowerment Experience Challenge?
The challenge is really in showing up.
Because for anyone who wants to make changes in the year ahead, your goal isn’t really the issue.
Whatever change you want to make, whether it’s making exercise a habit, losing weight, getting organized, saving money, improving a relationship or anything else, they all begin with the same thing.
We might say we are waiting for the “right time” or we don’t actually have time or you just aren’t motivated or you’ve failed so many times, or you haven’t found the right program or the right diet or gym or whatever…
All those problems are initially solved the same way.
It’s the same strategy.
Shift your mindset, start small, learn to tolerate discomfort, embrace failure as an opportunity, and reflect, reevaluate, then repeat.
I mean, that’s the formula right there.
Then you just adjust the tactics based on whatever your ultimate goal is.
The steps you take will look a little different if you are training for a marathon or you are decluttering and organizing your house.
But the formula is the same.
And that’s what I’m going to teach you in this challenge.
I’ll break it down into steps that are easy to follow and meet you where you are. So it doesn’t matter how old you are or how tall you are or how out of shape you are or how heavy you are or how thin you are or how whatever you are.
We are all at different places in our lives, and there is no one-size-fits-all path.
That’s why this challenge works. Because I help YOU make it work for your life and your schedule and your strengths. We all have strengths.
We just don’t all know how to utilize them to help us make more changes and reach the place we want to be.
I know how frustrating it is to feel like you don’t have the time to make changes, to lack motivation, to feel overwhelmed, and to fail repeatedly.
Because I’ve been in all those places.
And sometimes I still go there. I definitely fail all the time. I overwhelm myself.
But the difference is now I know how to lead myself out of that way of thinking and feeling, and I know how to get myself back on track.
It took me about fifteen years to really learn this. I still have to practice, it. A lot!
And I think that’s another reason why my challenges and courses are so different from so many others.
Because I go through this stuff with the group.
I do the same things I ask everyone else to do.
Because I’m always working on myself.
If you want to make changes in the upcoming year but just don’t know what’s holding you back, come join me!
It’s five days, five emails, five Facebook lives (that you can access at any time if you can’t be there live), and an awesome community.
Give me 15 – 20 minutes a day and I’ll meet you where you are and take you where you want to go.
I’ve cracked the code and created a flexible, manageable, and sustainable system that you can apply to all areas of your life and move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered to do anything.
Let’s spend a week together learning how to make changes you can actually maintain, in ANY area of your life, no matter who you are.
