I hate to burst your bubble, but I know someone else who won’t mind at all.

When I was a teacher, I always hated assemblies.

Most of them sucked.

The time would go by extra, extra slowly.

To add fuel to the fire, the troublemaker in your class would end up sitting as far away as possible from you.

You’d spend most of the time leaning forward in your seat, looking down the row of kids in your class, and giving that little weasel the evil eye.

And then the genius giving the presentation would ask for a volunteer.

But it didn’t matter who raised their hand.

Those musicians, and scientists, and animal handlers already knew who they were going to choose.

The biggest disaster in the crowd.

Because those kids put on a good show.
