I am asking you to work out for twenty minutes a day this first week.
Twenty minutes!
It’s not a lot.
But if you are already having trouble, then you need to prioritize.
This is only the third day.
You need to commit.
And you need to make a change.
Something will have to give.
It can’t be the stuff you have to do.
You can’t blow off work.
You have to feed your kids.
But you can find 20 minutes.
You have 20 minutes to watch tv.
You have 20 minutes for Facebook.
If you have 20 minutes for that, you have 20 minutes to exercise.
Your body doesn’t need tv.
Your body doesn’t need Facebook.
But your body does need exercise.
So does your brain.
Having all the laundry folded won’t stop you from having diabetes.
But exercise might.
You are taking this course because you want to change your body and your life.
And if you want to change, then your habits have to change.
Starting NOW.
So put the iPad away.
Put the phone down.
Screw the dishes.
Get off your ass.
And start moving!
