Good Morning!
This course is not a competition with everybody else.
When you see what other people are posting for their workouts, it is meant to motivate you.
To inspire you.
To help keep you on track.
No one here is judging you.
No one is going to say, “Wow… she only did that?”
We are all starting at different fitness levels, and we are all here to support each other.
So don’t be self conscious about what you are doing to work out.
I may push you to do a little more, but only if I think you are not doing what YOU are capaple of.
This course is about pushing yourself to get rid of some unhealthy behaviors and/or habits and replace them with some healthier ones!
