Tomorrow is May 1st and there’s something about starting a new month on a Monday, right?
It’s been a while since I ran a free Bingo series, so I figured now was the perfect time!
What’s a Bingo Series? It’s just a fun way to start making sure you spend a little time focusing on yourself every day.
I’ll send you a bingo card each week – you decide how you want to play – you decide how many boxes you want to check off and what you want to focus on.
It’s always a little bit of a surprise, but each week I include things that are manageable and flexible. You can spend anywhere from one minute to twenty minutes a day on the activities which are focused on small habits that help you consistently take care of your physical, mental, and emotional health.
