Today I spent the day on the lake.
About six weeks ago I was terrified to sit on a paddle board while it was still attached to the dock.
Today I ate lunch on my paddle board in the middle of the lake!!!
It was awesome.
I wear a bikini every day when I paddle board.
I’ve got cellulite everywhere and my stomach is flabby and you know what?
When I got back to the dock after paddle boarding there were three guys there. They were floating in the water on rafts.
None of them were shredded.
None of them were even in shape.
They all had guts way bigger than mine.
They didn’t seem worried about it.
I certainly didn’t look at them and think, They should NOT be wearing those suits.
I don’t say that shit to myself anymore either.
Because I’m too busy having fun.
