Today is the official start of the #ShowYourSlow challenge.
In case you missed it, I have teamed up with my good friend Eileen from Little Acorn Learning, and it is our mission to encourage and (hopefully) inspire moms to slow down, unplug, unschedule, and enjoy more mindful moments with your families this summer.
In order to encourage and inspire you, we’ve come up with a list of “challenges”. Of course, we aren’t aiming to add more things to do to your to-do list. Our only goal is to get families outside, to spend quality moments together, and to make memories for you and your children just like the ones we had of summer growing up when we were kids!
Need some direction? Here you go!
Of course, you can show whatever slow moments you want. These are just some suggestions to get you in the slow frame of mind. (But I’ve already checked one off the list — check out @notyouraveragemomofficial on Instagram to see what it is!)
