The most important things in life aren’t things. But does Bravo qualify as a thing?

I wanted to complain because this is the third day I have to write a post from my phone.

I wanted to complain because I cannot figure out how to put the stupid post on the blog facebook page.

I wanted to complain because I cannot access the administrative section of my facebook page.

I wanted to complain because my number of votes on the top mommy blog site is being seriously affected by the repercussions of Hurricane Sandy.

And then I saw that a friend and her two little girls, who are about the same age as Number 3 and 4, had severe damage to their house and had to be rescued by the fire department.

I’ve seen the pictures of the subways in NYC.

Many, many, many people I know are now on day 3 or 4 with no power.

And I’m sitting here in my warm house.

Nothing was damaged.

My kids are safe.

And they were never scared. Well not from the storm, anyway.

They got to go trick-or-treating last night.

I’ve figured out how to do some shit on my phone that I never even knew about.

And for the first time in the history of the world, every single piece of laundry in this house is not just washed and folded.

It’s all put away.

So I guess I don’t have anything to complain about.

But if I don’t watch some form of the Real Housewives soon, well, then I may just go crazy 😉
