No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bites

These are a great after school snack and they are also yummy for breakfast or for dessert.

My kids love them!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 pinches salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.

  2. Refrigerate for appx. 30 minutes to make mixture easier to handle.

  3. Remove from fridge and form into 1 inch balls. (You'll need to work in your hands a little bit to warm up so it sticks together).

  4. Enjoy! Store in airtight container in fridge.
