So if you’re new here, I’m in the early stages of a full blown attack on my weight.
And my BMI.
Which, as my friend so awesomely put it, is bullshit.
And that became the name of our Lose to Win team: My BMI is BS.
Which I think is hilarious.
Anyway, in discussing that, I posted a current picture of myself.
And, if you are really new here, yesterday I wrote about my celebrity crush.
My husband found the humor in that post.
But I think I should say something…
Because if my husband had a blog, and he wrote a post about…
I don’t know…
Any other female,
And about how hot she was,
And about whether she was actually even real because she was seemingly perfect in every way,
There would be hell to pay.
Or divorce papers to sign.
So let me be clear.
And not just on the outside…
I mean, come on.
He married this:
Which turned into this:
And he hasn’t left.
So that makes him much hotter than Hugh.
Anyway, that brings me to this…
I do the coupon thing.
There is an awesome website called Coupon Mom.com which lists everything that is on sale in pretty much every grocery store in the country, and matches all those things to any coupons that are in existence.
So it’s a really big time saver.
The lists always start with what you can get for free, or things that you can actually even make money on.
Now, my dad gets all the leftover Sunday papers from the gas station down the road from his house.
And the deli where my husband stops for lunch gives him all of their leftover papers.
So every Monday, I will get anywhere between 5 and 50 sets of coupons, depending on how many papers are left over.
As a result, I have a decent stockpile of things that I really need.
Not an extreme couponer stockpile….
Well, except for one thing…
A few months back, there were coupons for any KY products.
And KY was on sale at Walmart.
In fact, it was so cheap, that with the coupon, you would get about 20 cents back for each tube that you bought.
So I bought 37 of them.
But I don’t have any need for them.
Because, unlike myself, my husband has not let himself go.
So today we have a snow day.
But lots of sledding…
And I think I may have found a use for all 37 of those tubes.
