But who the hell is Susie Johnson?
Susie is a mom of 7 ranging in ages from 4 to 18.
She was a Division I swimmer who, after getting married, got pregnant a bunch of times, stopped taking care of herself, and gained a ton of weight.
Then, she reclaimed a little bit of her pre-baby self and made some healthy changes.
She is a certified swim coach and since having kids, a marathoner
and triathlete.
But Susie isn’t one of those hard core, Cross Fit, selfie-taking people.
She likes to have fun, too.
Her goal is not to turn you into a marathoner or triathlete.
Unless, of course, that is one of your goals.
Her goal is to help you regain a little control and balance.
She knows how hard that can be when you are working around the needs and demands of your children.
Because she is a real mom, just like you.
